Agreement

By using OS8 (“the Service”), operated by OS8 (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

OS8 is a desktop application and companion website that lets you build software with AI agents. The Service is provided “as is” and is currently in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Usernames must not impersonate others or contain offensive content
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

Your Content

Apps and code you create using OS8 belong to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you build. Your code runs locally on your machine — we do not access, store, or monitor it.

AI Agents

OS8 uses third-party AI models (such as those from Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and others). Your interactions with these models are subject to those providers' terms and policies. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OS8 and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
